We offer a system of broad, inclusive functional fitness classes like many other gyms in town. What separates us is our consideration of the human element - individuality - and our focus on education. We don’t stop at providing a one-size-fits-all program. Instead, we take each individual’s needs into account to provide a customized experience, based on goals and delivered through close interaction with a personal coach...your Coach For Life.

Our model of assigning each student an individual Coach For Life ensures safety and improves success rates across the board. From preparing new students to be fit for a smooth transition into group training, to regularly following up with each student and continuously guiding them towards their goals, having a Coach for Life offers a lifeline and someone who will always have their back.

Our experienced staff must undergo an extensive two year apprenticeship process. They’re involved in fostering a community that supports effort and accountability everyday to prevent lagging progress, unnecessary plateaus, or dissatisfied quitting.

Our unique program is structured, but contains enough variety to keep training interesting and exciting, while being effective at producing results. Through this multifaceted approach, we offer a highly accessible and responsible alternative to the rising healthcare cost and limiting insurance coverages of today’s reality.

The Workouts

Regardles of the training option that you choose, group classes are one hour long. These begin with a coach-assisted dynamic warm up and are followed by a thorough explanation and demonstration of the W.O.D. (Workout of the Day). All classes end with various cool-down and stretching components.

Class Options

  • Group Training classes are great for beginner and intermediate athletes who are looking to get fit and have fun.
  • Kettle Bell training classes are for intermediate athletes looking for variety plus some specific functional benefits related to kettle bell workouts.
  • Iron Phoenix classes are for advanced athletes who crave the mental and physical challenges of CrossFit competition training.
  • Personal Coaching is recommended for brand new athletes and provides the one-on-one personal coaching needed to ensure the success of your new lifestyle. We suggest two days a week for your first month.
