Mahoney CrossFit will be following the current schedule. As the demand and needs of our gym and clients change we will gladly add or remove classes. If you need to come in at a special time that is not listed, please feel free to ask and we will gladly get something set up for you.

All classes start on the half hour (except Sat)

Class begins with a 10 min warm-up, then a group explanation of the days WOD,      

the WOD lasts between 5min-30min, class ends with a 10 min cool down.

Monday - Wednesday – Friday  ( 5:30am, 9:30am , 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)

Tuesday – Thursday                     ( 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm )

Saturday                                         ( 10am )       ( 11-12pm open box )

Sunday                                               Closed
